Like an athletic coach, I partner with clients from the "side lines" as a professional strategizer, trainer, and advocate for your hopes and dreams.  Together we structure plans to get there and track your progress.  I coach people working on broad goals like living with greater simplicity, intention, and satisfaction or re-learning to "flex the wish muscle." I also coach people on specific goals like cleaning a closet or finding a life-partner. 

During my 12+ years of coaching, my clients have included a mix of executives, managers, engineers, marketing professionals, salespeople, administrators, doctors, nurses, attorneys, solo professionals, scientists, clergy, teachers, waitresses, secretaries, bookkeepers, students, artists, small business owners, community leaders, and stay-at-home moms. 

I work with clients in both one-on-one and in small group formats.  Since 1995 I have coached hundreds of people in the San Francisco Bay Area, on the Northern California Coast, and beyond (in-person, by phone and by e-mail).  My commitment is to make this coaching meaningful, convenient, and affordable.
